Supporting Your Child
After another fun-filled day, the children are all going to bed happy and contented. Today we have watched children scale heights at crazy speeds and leap to catch a trapeze: we are in awe of their bravery! The afternoon brought out the competitive nature in us all as the whole year group (including staff) raced in dragon boats. Our chanting and jeering certainly took over the creek!
To finish our day, we sang 'Happy Birthday' with gusto and enjoyed a slice of rather indulgent chocolate birthday cake! That ended up being the perfect warm up for our evening campfire session. It was lovely to see every child get into the spirit of it by singing, chanting and telling jokes.
